CAROLINE TIMMINS, Founding Director
As a licensed Marriage & Family therapist, Caroline has worked for 15 years with individuals, couples and families to help restore them to places of improved emotional and relational health.
She has a passion for seeing people reclaim the identity given them by their Creator, find lasting healing from sin and trauma, and grow into maturity in Christ. She is excited to see people restored emotionally and better able to practice the truth and grace of the gospel in their families, neighborhoods and places of employment or ministry. Thus, the faith + work + leadership movement is near and dear to her heart.
Caroline currently works as a therapist at Reclaimed Counseling Center, (Shoreline, WA) and also provides trauma therapy as a therapist on the team of Dr. Gregg Jantz at The Center: a place of hope (Edmonds, WA).

KATHY CARROLL, Conference Advisor
Kathy Carroll is a self-described avid student of God’s word. Called into Women’s Ministry at a young age, she looked into a mirror and said “Really, me Lord?” and off she went! She has done everything from writing and leading bible studies, to stacking the
chairs and locking the doors. Her greatest joy in ministry is in bringing
leaders of various backgrounds together for Kingdom purposes. For the past
six years, she has served as the advisor of a MOPS (Mothers Of Preschoolers) group in Port Orchard, WA where she has been a hands-on observer of young women in leadership.
Kathy is currently using her ministry experience and Systems Analyst training to serve
as the TouchPoints Chairwoman of the Board.
She is married to Mike, a military chaplain, and considers her greatest achievement raising two auburn-haired Irish millennial sons.
